What areas do you service?
Sway Curtains primarily services the Sydney area and its surrounding regions. We have showrooms located in Moore Park (Kensington NSW) and Belrose NSW


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy for ready-made products?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your ready-made products, Sway Curtains offers exchanges or refunds. The product must be returned in its original, like-new condition, with proof of purchase, within 10 days of receiving it.

Can I return custom-made products?
Custom-made products, manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications, cannot be cancelled or returned if you simply decide you no longer want them.

What happens if I make a measuring mistake on a custom order?
While we understand that measuring mistakes can occur, once a custom order has entered production, any customer-requested changes will incur additional costs.

Please inspect your curtains immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, contact Sway Curtains within 5 days. We can arrange repairs or replacements at no charge, and photographic evidence may be required in most cases.

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are authorised once the products have been received by Sway Curtains, and the details of the return have been confirmed and approved by our team.

What if the product fault is due to misuse or wear and tear?
Sway Curtains reserves the right not to offer a refund or repair if the item's fault results from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

How long does it take to get my curtains?
Yes, Sway Curtains provides installation services. We aim to install curtains within 4 weeks. You can find more information regarding ordering and installation on our website.

Can I see the curtain fabrics before ordering?
Absolutely. Our showrooms have Sydney’s biggest variety of fabric samples. You’ll be spoiled for choice!


Guarantees and Warranties

Are Sway Curtains products covered by a warranty?
Sway Curtains products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What if I alter the product myself or through another provider?
Sway Curtains cannot be responsible for products that are altered by the customer or another provider, resulting in damage or improper fit. Any repairs or replacements carried out at the customer's request that are not covered by our policies may incur charges.
