Step 1: Free measure and quote

Every project starts with a free, no-obligation in-home measure and quote. One of our consultants comes to you, takes precise measurements of your windows and talks through fabric and style options based on your home's light, aspect and the look you're after. This step is what makes made to measure actually fit, rather than approximating a standard size.

Step 2: Choosing fabric and style

With measurements taken, it's time to choose fabric and heading style. We carry over 300 fabric samples from leading Australian houses, spanning sheers, linens, velvets and performance fabrics, so you can see and feel options in your own light rather than guessing from a screen, and our guide to the best curtain fabrics for Australian homes is a good starting point. Step 3: Custom made in Sydney

Once your fabric and style are locked in, your curtains are custom made right here in Sydney. Because every piece is cut to your exact window, there's no compromise on fit, even for oversized, floor-to-ceiling or awkwardly shaped windows that ready-made sizes can't handle.

Step 4: Fast turnaround

Most orders are measured, made and installed within two to four weeks. That's fast for a fully custom product, and it means you're not waiting months to finish a room or a new build.

Step 5: Professional installation

Our experienced installers fit everything on-site for a flawless finish, checking drape, alignment and hardware before they leave. Installation is part of the service, not an add-on you need to source separately.
